في Swift Zahra، رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا عن طلبك، نحن هنا لمساعدتك.
1. مدة الاسترجاع (7 أيام)
يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب في الحالات التالية:
إذا كان المنتج تالفًا 
أو مختلفًا عن الوصف
2. حالة المنتج
لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترجاع:
يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية
في تغليفه الأصلي
مع جميع الملحقات (إن وجدت)
3. الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي
نقبل طلبات الاسترجاع في حال تغيير الرأي
يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع
يجب أن تنطبق جميع شروط الاسترجاع المذكورة أعلاه
4. طريقة استرداد المبلغ
لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (COD):
يتم استرداد المبلغ عن طريق تحويل بنكي أو رصيد في المتجر حسب اختيار العميل
يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة عليه
5. حالات لا يمكن فيها الاسترجاع
قد لا يتم قبول طلب الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:
إذا تم استخدام المنتج أو إتلافه من قبل العميل
في حال عدم توفر التغليف الأصلي
إذا تم تقديم الطلب بعد انتهاء مدة 7 أيام
6. مدة معالجة الطلب
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل

At Swift Zahra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged, or
The item is incorrect or not as described
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be returned in its original packaging
All accessories (if any) must be included
3. Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to change of mind are accepted
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
The item must meet all return conditions mentioned above
4. Refund Method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item
5. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns may not be accepted if:
The item has been used or damaged by the customer
The original packaging is missing
The return request is made after 7 days
6. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
